Mo Ali, M.D.

Dr. Ali received his undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin and his medical degree from the Texas Tech School of Medicine at Lubbock. He completed a Family Medicine residency at Bronx Lebanon Hospital in New York City. During this time, he came to appreciate the complexities and challenges faced by wound care patients and their healthcare providers. With these valuable insights, Dr. Ali decided to devote his career to educating and advocating for wound care patients and improving their clinical outcomes by pursuing a fellowship in Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. The experience emphasized the multidisciplinary collaboration essential to successful wound care with rotations in various disciplines including Burn, Vascular, Orthopedic and Plastic Surgery, Podiatry, Infectious Diseases, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, inpatient and outpatient Wound Care. Dr. Ali is committed to a multidisciplinary approach to solving complex wound care problems and practices full time in Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine.

When Dr. Ali is not in the Wound Care Center, you can find him at the local CrossFit gym or trying out new restaurants with his wife, Elizabeth.
